Are food and drinks allowed in the vehicle?
You are not allowed to bring food or drinks in the vehicle under normal circumstances unless for medical reasons.
Are pets allowed?
Service pets are not allowed to ride with other passengers who might be uncomfortable riding with a pet in the van. An exceptional arrangement could be made if the customer is willing to make special arrangements to occupy the vehicle with their service pets as long as they are ready to foot the bill.
Are tolls included in the rate?
Yes, only out of state.
Two to three day’s reservations are necessary to guarantee a spot in your van. You may try a last-minute booking, but there are no guarantees. You will need a valid credit care photo-ID before approval.
Refunds are only authorized if the customer cancels not later than 24 hours. All cancellations at the point of pick-up or no-shows will attract the one-way cost of the trip.
Wait time
Our rate includes wait time for up to 30 minutes after scheduled flight or train and bus reservation time. The conclusion of the bill is made before departing the arrival destination.
