First and foremost, the priority of Universal Transportation Co is your safety and health. We want to share all the things we do concerning the current situation with the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are actively monitoring the situation around our service areas and taking precautionary steps as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

Some of the actions we have taken include:

  • We have provided our team of providers, staff, and employees with detailed information for vehicle sanitation based upon CDC guidance for the COVID-19 coronavirus.
  • We work with all drivers and clients to reschedule any non-critical trips.
  • We coordinate with the local Emergency Medical Services (EMS) for transportation of anyone with confirmed coronavirus infection.

For Your Protection

To help reduce your risk of contracting COVID-19 and curb the spread of the illness, WHO recommends the following:

  • Wash hands with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub
  • Cover nose and mouth with flexed elbow or tissue when coughing and sneezing, and always dispose of used tissue immediately.
  • Stay away and avoid close contact with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms
  • Stay home when sick
  • Frequently sanitized touched surfaces and objects

If you are experiencing symptoms, such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath, please consult your doctor.

Thank you for your continued support, and you can guarantee that we will work to keep you informed as the situation evolves to protect your health and safety.
